Whats up with that?

Ive enjoyed playing the Games until recently. The games freeze; wherefore I had to turn my iPhone off and on because the app would never restart on its own. So I had the bright idea to delete the app and reinstalled it. Now, I cant get my paid version despite following the directions to go the the App Store. Then the cycle starts again and again. Whats up with that?
